The purpose of Product Governance and Lifecycle Management function is to optimize commercial portfolio of products in Service. To contribute to this mission, we run improvement initiatives within product management area, perform business evaluation of products, optimize product information management and drive product end-of-life activities.

Responsibilities
This position reports to Head of Product Governance and Lifecycle Management. Working as a Program Manager, Product Lifecycle Management, your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the product phase-out program within Service
  • Build and contribute to establishing business cases, strategies, and ensure benefit realization.
  • Build short- and long-term roadmaps and ensure delivery
  • Coordinate various activities between multiple projects, within different organizational areas.
  • Support and mentor project managers/project teams - occasionally it may require you to pick up work at a hands-on level
  • Risk management and resource management
  • Communication to broad group of stakeholders, globally, cross-functionally, and across multiple organizational levels
  • Support development of relevant processes, within subject matter area

Qualifications
To succeed with above responsibilities, you might come from very different academical background, but we would like you to have, as a minimum, a bachelor's degree. In addition:

  • At least 3 years of experience, working with product phase-out/end of life activities, including hardware products
  • At least 5 years of experience with project/program management in large complex organizations
  • Experience with business case creation, project budgeting, and benefit realization tracking
  • International stakeholder management experience, with a demonstrated ability to understand and meet stakeholder expectations at various management levels
  • Experience from the wind industry – knowledge of sales, operational, and supply chain processes will be a considerable asset
  • Experience or certification in change management would be an advantage
