Brand Manager with the eye for great digital content: Maternity Cover

Are you a creative and strategic brand builder and are you driven by cross functional projects and with a sharp eye for great digital content?

We are looking for an experienced brand manager to support our team while a colleague is on maternity leave. In the role of Brand Manager, you will be working on projects across the Global Brand Management team both as key driver but also working alongside other team members, while all the time being the lead on the content for our corporate digital pages on Maersk.com.

As part of the Global Brand & Event Management team within the Corporate Communications and Sustainability function, you would be part of a dedicated and talented team based in Copenhagen.

Key responsibilities:

  • Great stakeholder management skills to project-manage the continuous optimisation of user journey and experience on our corporate web pages by working with various stakeholders throughout the organization
  • Direct operational team to find creative solutions for web layout, practices and brand compliance. With this experience working with content management and knowledge about UX principles is a benefit but not limited to.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including the content and social media team. To work together to develop and implement branding strategies ensuring a unified brand voice across platforms.
  • Coordinate the release of digital content – ensure synchronization with activation on social media, press releases, and key branding initiatives on the website.
  • Ensure seamless integration between social media efforts with the website, optimizing user paths from social platforms to web content to enhance user experience and navigation.
  • Work with external suppliers such as digital communication agencies when needed.
  • Using analytics and your ability to apply content optimization based on data interpretation by regularly analyzing and reporting on website traffic to landing pages - identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with English language to communicate effectively within and outside our business
  • Develop and implement creative strategies and solutions for projects and initiatives to build and position our brand in line with strategic priorities.
  • Support the Lead on Global Corporate internal and external events (brand activation)

  • You are a strong team player and natural collaborator with strong inter-personal skills
  • You have great project management skills with eye for the details and able to oversee the bigger picture.

Qualifications
The person we are looking for must have a solid understanding of how to build great brands, and proven experience as a brand manager with focus on digital channels and drive successful communications online. Ideally, you hold a bachelor or university degree in marketing/communication and have solid experience working in a global matrix organization and/or relevant agency experience for global clients. Apart from your marketing and communications “tool box”, you have proven project management experience and pro-ficiency in digital analytics tools and platforms.
