Do you want to play a leading role in developing and improving IT and OT Security and provide support and guidance across a broad stakeholder landscape? Do you have comprehensive experience working within the IT Security field and a desire to be instrumental in protecting a company from external threats?

Then apply to become our new IT Security Manager at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S, an affiliate and integrated part of Novo Nordisk A/S, based in the Køge Bay area.

The position
At Novo Nordisk Pharmatech (NNPR), our top priority is providing quality products to our customers. To achieve this, we need safe, compliant, and robust IT and OT solutions and that's where you come in. As our new IT Security Manager, you will be working on strengthening our local IT & OT Security set-up, combining this the corporate IT security setup of Novo Nordisk, participate in relevant process groups across Novo Nordisk and provide advice/consultancy in daily operations, projects and for senior management.

In this role, you will:

• Draw up, develop and continuous maintain IT and OT security related processes and ensure internal and external requirements are met
• Identify improvements and optimize processes by using LEAN and ITIL tools and methodologies
• Co-create, plan and test Business Continuity, Disaster response and IT security awareness initiatives
• Participate in and contribute to IT security audits with suppliers and partners, as well as conduct incident and problem management
• Act as liaison between Novo Nordisk (such as GIS, CVP process group) and NNPR, coordinate activities and communicate to all levels in the organization
• Have the possibility to develop into a split role as IT/OT security auditor supporting our QA department in supplier audits

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:

• An academic or technical degree within IT, Automation, Engineering or similar will be preferred, but candidates with a non-academic background combined with vast experience within the relevant fields will also be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in IT security/IT operation, Incident Management and systematic problem solving in a cLEAN and/or ITIL-framework.
• Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and knowledge of Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP) 5.
• Experience with participating or running IT security incident exercises would be an advantage.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a requirement, and Danish language proficiency is a plus, given our international scope.

You should also have a strong analytical and quality mindset, as well as ability to build good relations with your colleagues and stakeholders at all organisational levels.
The ability to handle multiple tasks at once and ensure that the high-quality documentation is delivered on time is crucial. Finally, you possess a natural curiosity and interest in the challenges and opportunities facing our colleagues working with processes across the value chain.

About the department
You will join the IT & OT department consisting of approximately 40 dedicated and talented colleagues within IT infrastructure, IT compliance, IT system management and automation & control systems.
We work diligently to support the entire value chain at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech, ranging from Research & Development to manufacturing, laboratories, warehouse operations, and Sales & Marketing. We support our stakeholders with daily operations tasks and projects such as the implementation of new products, improvement of site IT infrastructure, and new digital solutions. The IT & OT department, along with the rest of NNPR, is currently expanding to fulfil the increased demands for our products from Novo Nordisk A/S. The expansion is also fuelled by our strong desire to ensure a healthy work environment and make even more room for personal development and growth. The department also support our manufacturing expansion project, establishing a new site just 1,7 km of our current site located in Køge Bay area.
