IT Services Portfolio Manager

As an IT Services Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and strategic development direction of our Standard Service Catalogue. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our services meet the evolving needs of our customers and maintain our competitive edge in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the Standard Service Catalogue, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement service offerings that leverage our on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure capabilities.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for Catalogue enhancement.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and ensure our services exceed their expectations.
- Oversee the lifecycle management of services, from inception through to retirement.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies for new service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT portfolio management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of cloud and on-premises IT infrastructure services.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technology solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Or equivalent accumulated experience in field of Information Technology.
You have good Danish and English skills both orally and in writing.
