DEDIKATION is seeking an International Account Manager on behalf of Scanavo – Give the European Market a Makeover
Do you have experience as an Account Manager and are you passionate about entering the international market? We are looking for a dedicated International Account Manager to manage our existing customer portfolio and develop new business opportunities. You will be working with the sales of packaging within the beauty and cosmetics industry.

A Strong Brand Seeking New Paths
For 34 years, Scanavo has successfully sold packaging for media products such as games and DVDs, and 8 years ago, we entered the beauty and cosmetics market. Here, we managed to establish business connections with some of the biggest brands in the Nordics. In addition, we also have customers in England, Germany, France, and Italy. We make a great effort to maintain a strong relationship with our customers and deliver high-quality service.

Create Valuable Customer Experiences Both in Europe and at the Office
2-3 days a month, you will pack your carry-on with samples and travel to meet the customers. This applies to both new customers, whom you will introduce to our assortment, and existing customers, where you will strengthen the good relationship.

When you are at the office in Taastrup, you will spend your time on:

  • Maintaining the existing customer portfolio and advising your customers on the right choice of packaging - (20%).
  • Proactive sales and meeting booking
  • Developing and seeking new business opportunities within the market, both nationally and internationally - (80%).
  • Booking hotels and flights for your customer visits, entering orders, and invoicing
  • Engage in dialogue with our sourcing team in Hong Kong and subsequently develop proposals for the customer.
  • Coordinate the logistics of shipping with your colleague in charge of dispatches.
  • Collaborate with Quality Control to ensure delivery at the desired time and quality.

You will be part of a close sales team consisting of your team leader and two other colleagues. Although the team is small, you will not feel isolated. We have a culture of good communication across departments, and in the office, we are 35 colleagues looking forward to meeting you.

We encompass a good mix of nationalities and personality types, and common to us all is that we have great respect for each other. We highly value community and like to gather for social events, enjoying drinks in our Friday bar and prioritizing festive occasions. Once a year, the team goes to an annual fair in Italy where we spend five days.

This summer, we will elevate our office community to new heights when we move to new, exclusive premises further down the road, fully matching our ambitions and visions.

Masters of customer care and business development

  • you are an experienced Account Manager accustomed to handling extensive customer portfolios.
  • You have the ability to establish new business connections and thrive on proactive sales activities.
  • You are ready to work with the sales process and are good at learning new things.
  • It is a prerequisite that you speak and write fluent English, and it is a significant advantage if you also master other languages such as French, German, or perhaps Italian.
