Join a highly talented team
At Systematic, you will be part of our internal Business Intelligence Team in Data & Digitalization. The team in Aarhus comprises five highly talented colleagues: an Architect, a Back-end Developer, a Data Engineer, an Intern, and a Team lead. The team was established two years ago and controls internal data and reporting using Power BI within Systematic.

Data & Digitalization exist to accelerate the Digitalization of Systematics' operating model. The team is responsible for various tasks - engaging in customer dialogue and data modelling, building up data warehouses for analysis, reporting on customer needs and requirements, and designing data-driven processes to fit the company's future direction.

Ensure data presentation for improvement purposes
As a BI front-end developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards that provide actionable insights to our business stakeholders. You will work closely with various teams to understand their data needs and translate them into user-friendly visualizations.

In addition to that, some of your key tasks will be to:

• Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand their data requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
• Design and develop data models and structures to support reporting and ensure data accuracy and performance.
• Collaborate with back-end developers and data engineers to integrate data sources and ensure seamless data flow to front-end applications.
• Provide training and support to end users on BI tools and reports
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices
• Optimize front-end performance by tuning DAX queries to improve responsiveness and scalability.

A visual magician with strong presentation and communication skills
We are looking for a new colleague with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role who is proactive and has strong analytical skills. You hold a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
Moreover, we envisage that you:

• Have proficiency in Power BI
• Have a strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
• Have experience with DAX for creating custom calculations in Power BI
• Have experience with SQL
• Are fluent in English, as it is our corporate language and used daily in conversations with colleagues worldwide.

It is advantageous if you are familiar with programming languages like Python and R for data analysis, have a keen interest in Machine learning and maybe have some experience working with Analysis Services. If you hold the Microsoft Data Analyst Associate certification, it is also an advantage.
