about the job
Join the business improvements and processes team and play a crucial role in driving their construction projects to success. We are looking for a dedicated professional to develop, support, and maintain processes that enable construction sites to efficiently execute customer projects. In this role, you will ensure process excellence and continuously design process improvements, helping Vestas achieve and maintain the highest standards in their operations.
The position is for the time being a temporary position starts on September 1st and ends in early summer 2025.

responsibilities
As a key member of the team, you will develop, support, and maintain processes that facilitate the efficient execution of customer projects at construction sites, both onshore and offshore.

Your daily tasks include, but are not limited to:
-Support the strategic process roadmap and secure alignment in collaboration with key stakeholders incl. Global Customer Project Execution
-Manage and evaluate incoming change requests from the business and support the decision-making process via. analysis, recommendation and communication across the NCE Customer Project Execution (CPX)
-Model and document processes on all operational levels by following process excellence guidelines and methodologies

about you
As a person, you have the ability to prioritize tasks, pay attention to detail, and consistently meet deadlines will be paramount. You thrive in a role working across various segments of the value chain, identifying and engaging the necessary stakeholders.

You are service-oriented and excel in a role with internal interfaces. You bring positive energy to the work environment, are a helpful colleague, and have a solution-oriented approach to the team.

Additionally, the following are expected:
-Academic degree in information management, business administration, engineering or equivalent
-Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position working with process management within a global operating company
-Possess an understanding of the relationship between operational activities and processes
-Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
-Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
