Novus Actus A/S work as consultants for CEOs and executives in global organizations such as Novo Nordisk, Arla, MAERSK and Pandora, helping to create high-performing executive leadership teams. As their Program Manager, you will contribute to the scaling of the business and report directly to the CEO from the office in Charlottenlund. In close collaboration with senior executive teams around the world, you will ensure a thorough as well as successful execution of projects.
areas of responsibility
You will enter a key position and work directly with a number of experienced CEOs and executives from larger organizations on a global scale. You will be responsible for the entire project portfolio, ensuring correct invoicing of purchase orders and following the progress of each process according to agreed deadlines. This requires superior analytical skills and a strong ability to find simplicity in complex client needs. You will proactively take on the responsibility of:
• Managing the project portfolio and translating complex instructions into clear execution plans
• Establishing effective systems and processes that ensure a professional execution of projects to the expectations of the client
• Documenting continuous improvements and incorporating learnings into internal standards
Transferring the ideas of consultants into precise and tailored PowerPoint presentations

the successful candidate
• You bring experience from a similar analytical role in a demanding corporate environment, potentially within consulting
• You are passionate about high-quality delivery in every task and manage to find simplicity in complex material
• You have stakeholder management competencies when communicating with clients at executive level
• You are proactive and strive for perfection when planning and driving projects
• You have a fluent and professional level of English and Danish, both written and spoken
