In this role you are assigned to onshore projects in the NCE region (Northern Central Europe) with full accountability for delivery, utilising your skilled leadership and organisational skills to deliver on the overall commissioning package. To achieve your goals in this role, high levels of enthusiasm and team motivation with a positive attitude are 'must-haves'. It's important to remain optimistic and encouraging in even the most difficult and complex situations and circumstances.

Throughout commissioning you will be required to provide regular project reviews to the project management team. Open collaboration is an essential craft to convey throughout the project and should always be clear and concise. Communication to project stakeholders in spirit of simplicity is essential to maintain company and customer value.

main responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Site Manager and the Project HSE Manager to ensure outstanding HSE performance through the implementation of HSE plans, incident management, and adherence to relevant standards and local requirements.
• Work closely with the Project Planner to set clear planning objectives and agree on daily progress reports, ensuring the critical path schedule remains on track.
• Coordinate with the Project Finance Controller to maintain budget control levels and ensure financial compliance.
• Engage with the Lead Commissioning Supervisor to ensure meticulous planning, preparation, and execution of site activities, guaranteeing all necessary disciplines, processes, procedures, and systems are in place for successful commissioning.

about you
• Degree-level education with 3 to 5 years of experience in project execution and commissioning management. Experience in the wind sector is preferred but not essential.
• Multi-discipline engineering experience with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Professional understanding of contract management and commitment to maintaining high levels of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
• Strong focus on customer relations and satisfaction, with the ability to quickly adapt to changes in processes, procedures, policies, and systems.
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
• Flexible, adaptive, and willing to travel. (Approx. 40days/year)
