P&BC Services Transformation consists of three areas of responsibility with around 20 colleagues in Denmark, Finland, and Lithuania. We focus on Process optimisation, Project Management and Strategic development. Together, we enable P&BC Services area of approx. 1,000 employees across the Nordics and Lithuania to develop and optimise their daily operation. P&BC Services handles the manual service operation for Personal and Business customers.
In P&BC Services Transformation team, we are leading, enabling, and supporting strategic tasks and initiatives related to transform, run, and organising the organisation, e.g. strategic integration, migration projects, implementation of initiatives developed by us and our tribe and business organisation, as well as advisory and support to leaders and the Head of the organisation.
You will:
- Continuously develop the way of working
- Identify process improvement opportunities that create measurable benefits – i.e. reduction of task variance, reduction of error rate from an E2E perspective and similar
- Identify and report gaps and deviations in processes or tools
- Engage stakeholders at different seniority levels and roles within the Bank
- Ensure process sustainability
About you:
- Work experience as a process consultant
- Experience utilising LEAN/Six Sigma in theory and practice
- Structured, great planning abilities (Waterfall/Agile)
- Higher education degree would be considered as a beneficial asset
- Purpose-oriented and excited about unleashing potential through your tasks and the relations you build
- Strong in stakeholder management and collaboration. Able to work with all levels in the organisation. Involvement of stakeholders to understand and challenge their input, plans, and results – and follow through on deliveries and agreements
- Great communication skills
- Advanced skills in English, both verbally and written

Monthly salary range applies only if you work in Lithuania from 2400 EUR to 3600 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
