We are offering a position as Product Owner in the cards cluster of our tribe.
Our tribe is the one that will get everyday banking for individual customers’ right! Our mission is to make our customers experience an easy and seamless interaction with the bank for all their everyday needs.
We do this by empowering our customers with intuitive, simple digital solutions and great card offerings. In addition, we digitise and automate wherever possible to free up time for both our advisors, call centres and colleagues in back-office services.
The Everyday Banking Individuals Tribe is also responsible for developing new offerings and technical solutions vital to Danske Bank’s success in becoming number #1 in customer experience across the Nordics.
You will be the Product Owner responsible for our Card Products squad
Your team will consist of skilled team members with different backgrounds from the cards business and developers within cloud and mainframe.
The key areas enabling the mission are among others:
- Own the vision and backlog on card products in the future
- Interact with both internal and external stakeholders to create and maintain the best possible products and solutions for our customers
- Enhancing efficiency and improving the tech landscape in key systems
- Keep your team motivated and engaged – you succeed through collaboration and empowerment
You are a visionary leader who strive in facilitating
We are looking for a proactive and pragmatic Product Owner with a technical understanding. Experience working as a Product Owner with stakeholder management and using scrum in a scaled agile setup will be a benefit to hit the ground running.
Further, understanding of agile methodologies, values and tools as well as proficiency in writing and understanding epics and user stories in tools like JIRA will ensure you have the tools to enable you.
As you would have a big impact on our card products and their capabilities experience within the cards space and knowledge of card infrastructure would be a benefit, but not a requirement.
