We are looking for an experienced and professional SAP SuccessFactors Application Specialist who will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to processes and applications involving SAP SuccessFactors and related HR in SAP S/4HANA

As a SAP SuccessFactors Application Specialist, you will have direct report to our IT Hub manager, Chennai. Relocation to Chennai is necessery.

Key Responsibilities

• Configuration and support: Lead the application configuration and support for superusers within SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements. SuccessFactors modules include but is not limited to:
  - Employee Central (live) - Integration to/from SAP S/4 HANA (live) - Performance and Goals (live) - Qualtrics (live) - Succession and Development (pipeline) - Recruiting - Onboarding - Learning Management - Workforce Analytics
• Integration Management: Manage the replication monitor and ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and update documentation, including system configurations, knowledge base articles, processes, and user guides.
• System Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize SAP SuccessFactors performance and functionality. Participate in testing of new SAP SuccessFactors solutions and upgrades including integrations.
• User Training and Support: Provide training to super users on SAP SuccessFactors functionality and best practices. Serve as a point of contact for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and superuser support.
• Monitoring of various SAP SuccessFactors elements
• Compliance and Security: Ensure that our support SLAs are kept within your area of responsibility and internal security policies are followed
• Stay Updated: Together with HRIS team - Keep updated on the latest developments and updates in SAP SuccessFactors and HR technology trends. Evaluate new features and functionalities to assess their potential impact on business operations.

TASKS

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to processes and applications involving SAP SuccessFactors and related HR in SAP S/4HANA
• Ensure major incident communication to HRIS team
• Lead the application configuration and support for superusers in SAP SuccessFactors
• Manage the replication monitor to ensure that SAP SuccessFactors and the SAP interface is running smoothly
• Maintain documentation like knowledge base articles, e.g. including user guides and FAQs
• Participate in testing of new SAP SuccessFactors solutions and upgrades including integrations

Qualifications:

• +4 years of experience as a SAP Application Specialist with SAP SuccessFactors modules, including but not limited to Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Succession and development and Learning Management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation, configuration, and customization.
• Experience from a global company
• Experience with S/4HANA is preferrable
• Bachelor's degree
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced global environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
