About the role
On behalf of Jobsun, we at Academic Work are looking for fresh candidates who want to work as customer service representatives in sunny Greece. You will be located either in Crete or Athens, based on your preference. Throughout your stay in Greece, Jobsun will be by your side, so if you have any questions, you can always contact them free of charge. They have excellent knowledge of Greece, so there is nothing they can't help with. In this position, your primary task will be to work with Danish customer service for large international companies, where you will guide customers in areas such as IT, streaming services, apps, gaming, or household appliances. You will receive thorough onboarding and be surrounded by colleagues from all over Scandinavia, who have also come to Greece for the same reason as you: to meet many new people and gain relevant work experience. You will work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, but you will also have the opportunity to travel around and experience beautiful Greece.

We are looking for
- Have good communication skills and can provide excellent customer service
- Can work independently and are willing to live in Greece for a minimum of 6 months
- Are proficient in English + a Scandinavian language, both written and spoken
- Must have a valid passport, a clean criminal record, and be at least 18 years old To succeed in the role, your personal skills are:
