At Ageras we help micro businesses focus on what they do best, by providing simple business administration software.
We are a pure provider of SaaS software for thousands of small businesses in Europe. We run multiple products in major European markets and we are in the process of consolidating all our brands towards the Ageras brand. Our design team has 7 product designers, a website designer and 2 graphical designers. As a product designer, your task is to create product design that is user centered and beautiful for both our web-app and mobile app.
Who are we looking for?

• A goal oriented product designer, who feels comfortable working across mobile and desktop apps with 100.000+ active customers.
  
• A team player with a great attitude for collaboration and user understanding. You’re definitely not afraid of talking to customers face-to-face.
• A problem solver at heart, meaning you’re interested in functional design, that can make the difficult, easy.
• A good communicator that can clearly articulate design decisions along with sound rationale to support them, yet you are not stubborn.
• A designer who has both demonstrated experience in visual and interactive design. Preferably you have a few years of product design experience.
  
• A new colleague who wants to have fun, while solving real problems for small businesses.

You are probably an awesome product designer, who wants to help us build the best and most user friendly accounting platform in Europe. You’ll become close teammates with 7 other product designers and 7 product managers in our Copenhagen, Helsinki, Amsterdam and Berlin office.

Our team is organized in domain squads, where product designers, product managers and developers work together to solve real problems. You most likely understand and have read the works of Marty Cagan, and believe this is the best way to discover and deliver amazing products. You’ll be part of the Sales and Invoicing Squad, who are responsible for how we support small businesses with what they love the most => sending invoices and bringing money into their business. You’ll therefore have a profound impact on how users activate and become paying customers.

On a daily basis you solve very real problems for very real users. You’lll collaborate with the development team and a product manager to see your creations come to life. We all share the design system, if that is your thing, you can help us develop it further.

Your weapon of choice is of course Figma, but you also understand tools like Maze, Hotjar, and recognize that if you aren't talking to the customers, then you know nothing.

What we ask of you:

• You can have any educational background within design. Anything works, we’re not judging.
  
• You want to learn from others and see the value of teamwork.
  
• You have an independent workstyle with a collaborative team spirit and thrive when you see your squad succeeding
  
• You have a strong sense of both UI & UX, and understand the user & user flow before you begin designing.
• You are eager to learn and develop in a fun work environment, where social relationships are valued highly.
  
• We expect you have 2+ years of experience as a product designer.
  
• You must be fluent in English and can talk the language of designers, engineers and product people
  
• You're an office person and want to work from our fabulous Copenhagen office.
