Would you like to be able to influence the future of credit processes and deliver customer value? We are now looking for a Project Manager to drive change in Group Credit Management, also the end-to-end credit processes, compliance and governance. Be part of the automation agenda, supported by a solid data foundation, deliver compliance in a way that adds customer/business value and efficiency.

Planning, executing, actively supervising, coaching and interacting with stakeholders to secure benefits to our customer and organisation. As Credit Project Manager, you will play a valuable role in maximising business benefits, this in a multi- national and cultural environment, were many opportunities can be harvested by having the customer in focus, supporting digitalisation, automation, value creation and benefit management, supported by your creativity, structure, drive and never give up mindset.

What you will be doing:

  • Defining governance in change, structuring roles, responsibilities and activities
  • Defining benefits plans delivering continuous and incremental value to the organisation
  • Driving business development and change e.g., through Business Architecture dialogues, Managing Programmes and Projects
  • Executing change, creating transparency of status and predictable deliveries
  • Involving the organisation through team work and collaboration
  • Asking and giving feedback to continuously improve people, processes, tools and deliveries

We are looking for an senior change leader with a structured and analytical approach to management who excel in collaboration, planning and problem solving. You should be a reliable, result-driven, self-starter, who is well organised, have a knack for both being in the details (not getting stuck into those) and seeing the big picture. You are a born leader, well versed in Project/Programme management best practises and methods.

You are a fast learner and a strong communicator. Ideally you like to work in a fast paced and dynamically changing environment, meeting tight deadlines. You are determined and never take "no" for an answer. You take pride in delivering in time and love challenges. You like to enthusiasm people, coach and support them. You can both cooperate in a pragmatic way and make demands. You are a team player supporting the team and your management is your leading star for success. You can deal with uncertainty in a fast changing environment, keeping your team focused and motivated.

You are prepared to invest yourself in the role, to grow and give what it takes. We value your personality and that you have the right leadership approach and shares Nordea values. Working with data driven transparency and smarter instead of harder is critical for us to accelerate our journey towards automation. Therefore, you need to master our planning tools such as JIRA, MS project, Kendis and how to integrate with other tools that removes redundant work and internal red-taping. You need to have good understandings of our internal frameworks to guide our team to work in a relevant and efficient way. You have proven track record of independently and proactively tackling problems before they have become an issue, and collaborating as a team member make sure that things do not fall between chairs or behind the plan. You also need to fluently bridge the landscape between Business and IT, and to make thing happen practically on a daily basis.

Your experience and background:

  • Banking & Insurance consulting experience at senior level from any of the “big fives”
  • Experience running IT project and Data projects
  • Programme/Project/Agile Management certification (IPMA A/B or PMP)
  • Business Architecture know-how
  • University degrees in Economy & Technical
  • Credit risk management and Information Technology are also good merits
  • Good communication skills and to be able to make presentations at C-level management
  • Fluent English and at least one of the four main Nordic languages is expected
