Financial Controller, Lithuania

Your new role:
As our new Financial Controller, you will be part of the Finance team in Lithuania, supporting controlling tasks for Lithuanian and Latvian companies and providing business support to the Lithuanian project teams. You will be responsible for group and local reporting and coordination with external and internal tax/company about the financial reporting and compliance.

Areas of responsibilities

• Compliance towards authorities for Lithuanian and Latvian companies
• TAX and local GAAP reporting in cooperation with external advisors
• Monthly and/or quarterly Group reporting
• Period end tasks and reporting internally and to external parties
• Responsible for cooperation with auditors
• Controlling support for Lithuanian and Latvian companies
• Optimizations of tasks and processes
• Support in Sales Due Diligence process

Your profile

• You hold a degree in Auditing/Accounting/Finance or similar
• You have 2-5 years of experience within Audit or Accounting and Finance
• You have good knowledge of Lithuanian GAAP
• You have solid experience in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• You have profound skills in controlling, TAX and Lithuanian compliance
• Understanding Latvian GAAP and compliance would be beneficial, however not necessary
• You are skilled at digital local reporting
• You are a superuser in Excel
• You possess strong communication skills in Lithuanian and English
• Knowledge of Navision Dynamics/Business Central and HFM is an advantage
