Join us as our new Marketing and Business Development Manager for Lactase and Sugar Reduction Biosolutions. Are you ready to drive innovation and commercialization within the Fresh Dairy Business Unit? We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead our activities in Lactase and Sugar Reduction.

Welcome to the Fresh Dairy Business Unit
You will be part of the Fresh Dairy Business Unit within the Food and Beverage Biosolutions division. Our team is dedicated to commercializing innovative biosolutions that improve food and health, as well as securing the sustainable development of our business, where you will support both short- and long-term growth ambitions.

We are a team of 9 highly engaged employees responsible for a significant part of the total dairy product portfolio. We engage with stakeholders across the organization and around the globe. We drive the development of several core portfolios, including YoFlex®, nu-trish®, and eXact®.

In this role, you’ll make an impact…
…when you deliver long-term business strategies and collaborate with our many stakeholders across the organization to identify key priorities and maintain updated trends and insights. Additionally, you will manage the product portfolio to ensure competitiveness and profitability while leading new product launches and supporting sales with clear value propositions.

In addition, some of your key tasks will include:
• Ownership and management of a dynamic and important business segment.
• Driving launches – setting the Unique Selling Points (USPs), developing pricing strategies, training Sales, etc.
• Facilitating customer workshops and innovation sessions.
• Setting direction and driving the innovation pipeline.

You will work closely with various stakeholders across the organization, including Sales, Regulatory, Production, and Applied R&D teams. This collaboration ensures progress on business-critical projects and enables the delivery of comprehensive customer insights.
The role includes approximately 20-40 travel days a year to engage with strategic customers and support key business initiatives.

To succeed, you must…
…be a strong blend of technical and commercial expertise. You should have experience in B2B product management and a deep understanding of dairy technology or industrial product management. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, coupled with your excellent interpersonal and communication skills, will be crucial in this role. In addition, we expect you to have:

• An education at an academic level, such as a Ph.D., Master of Science, or Master of Business Management.
• At least 5 years of international experience within life science, food, dairy, enzyme technology, or related fields.
• A strong personal drive and the ability to work in a structured, disciplined, and confidential manner.
