QA Coordinator

We are searching for a QUALITY ASSURANCE COORDINATOR

This position is based at our friendly office in Warsaw, and you will join our Workplace domain within Platform and Engineering division. The group consists of Platform/cloud engineers, technicians, software testers, team architects and coordinators reporting to multiple development managers. The group supplies stable workplace platform to employees and our customers.

We have 5 delivery teams running with end-to-end responsibilities for their features and development. Each team have a responsibility to ensure that they deliver according to the BEC quality guidelines. You will be expected to assist the delivery teams in their work with quality assurance and their effort to comply to the QA guidelines. At BEC, we prefer to collaborate often in the office, but we also keep the opportunity to work remotely up to eight days per month. Your direct manager will be Artur Pantoł.

Primary task and responsibilities include:

• We expect that you can take co-ownership of maintaining and implementing the new domain test strategy and continue to further drive QA initiatives thus raising the QA maturity within the teams.
• Assist with reporting and measurement to follow up on the QA agenda.
• Close collaboration with QA Engineers and other relevant team members to ensure an efficient automated process.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes
• Interacting with various stakeholders, such as QA engineers, business analysts, developers, subject matter experts.
• Participate in the manual testing tasks in the teams.

To succeed you will have:

• Solid and proven test management experience with emphasis on driving change and increasing QA maturity in a multi-team setting.
• Must have expert knowledge and experience in:
• Test and quality assurance.
• Test techniques and test process and tools.
• Agile testing.
• Proven skills in facilitating workshops, trainings and presentations to different management levels and competences.
• ISTQB certification on at least foundation level is a must, Advanced Test Management would be a plus.
• With colleagues in teams distributed in Denmark and Poland, you must master English at a high level both in writing and orally.
