PR and Influencer Manager

Sæther Nordic Group is consolidating our team, and we are therefore looking for a new member of our team who will be responsible for ensuring the link between the digital strategy for our brands and our work with influencer marketing.
As PR and IM Manager you are the key person to facilitate and build relationships through influencer outreach in order to gain backlinks and mentions on influential social media accounts. You are one-point-of-contact for all marketing and sales teams with PR and Influencer Marketing requests. And you deliver high-end support with both knowledge and execution.
Keeping up to date with industry trends, practices and developments (digital industry, clients’ industry and agency industry)
Key responsibilities
You will be the expert and go-to-person regarding PR and Influencer Management initiatives, and you will be keeping up to date with industry trends, practices and developments (digital industry, clients’ industry and agency industry). You will execute the Nordic influencer strategy locally and you will handle digital PR initiatives and online community management for multiple brands. Furthermore, you will:
- Be responsible for planning and implementing digital PR campaigns in line with business goals
- Regularly research and source partners/influencers, create relationships and maintain a database of online and offline contacts
- Plan, source and evaluate content for multiple social media platforms
- Be responsible for planning, developing and implementing digital strategies based on our brand owners’ goals and expectations in collaboration with the Digital Manager
- Develop communication plans with schedules, priorities, responsibilities and briefs; identifying key influencers and channels that will increase the online visibility and support business goals
- Report on PR with analysis, value and visibility
- Create conditions for interviews and other PR work
- Be responsible for the agreed PR and IM budget and follow up
Who are you?
You are good at and enjoy networking with journalists and editors of online magazines to gain backlinks to Brand Pages and PDPs at retailers. You are passionate about PR, digital media, and influencer marketing. You excel at working across internal teams to collaborate on creative ideas, online strategy, and PR opportunities.
Also:
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree within marketing/PR
- You have 2-3 years’ experience from a relevant role,
- Know-how with beauty brands and/or FMCG market is preferred
- Advanced user of Excel and Office 365
- Advanced networker with influencers
- Advanced user of SoMe platforms
- Proficient in communication in both writing and speaking
- Fluent in both English and Danish
