AGC is looking for a skilled Sr. Material Planner, who can be part of the planning and master data maintenance process and development.

The Position
As Sr. Material Planner your key objective is to support and operate various planning processes and ensure that these operations align with other relevant internal processes. The overall function within the daily operation is to ensure production can move forward unhindered by providing clear and visible direction for material supply and availability. You must be able to communicate expectations clearly with no ambiguity in terms of delivery plans i.e. procurement and quality release.

To succeed in this role, you must strive to provide accurate and detailed analysis, to ensure high-quality reports, data maintenance, timely material planning, and financial reconciliation.

Qualifications

• You hold a Bachelor - or Master of Science in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or similar and have an interest in working with planning and data analysis.
• You have +5 years of experience in similar positions, preferably within the Life science industry.
• Fluent in written and verbal business-level English.
• Strong communication skills and a positive mindset to interact with international internal- and external stakeholders.
• You take pride in consistently delivering high-quality work, on time and in a proactive way. You can prioritize your assignments in a dynamic environment, with a focus in evaluating consequences and risks in the decision-making.
• You have solid IT skills – experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft D365 or Dynamics Axapta 2012, and super-user skills in Excel.

About the Department
The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark and you will be a member of the CPH Supply Chain Planning department, consisting of six colleagues with main responsibility for material planning, master data management, SCM reporting on projects, and reconciliation for invoicing. The department is part of Supply Chain Management Copenhagen, which consists of more than 60 employees. We support all AGC production and collaborate closely with key stakeholders and external suppliers throughout the entire supply chain. We are working in an international and customer-oriented way to secure fast and reliable support for our customers.
