Product Manager for Retrofit Product Development

Embark on a transformative career with MAN Energy Solutions as a Product Manager in our Product Management, Retrofit & Upgrade department. We are dedicated to retrofitting in-service marine engines, encompassing 2-stroke, 4-stroke genset, 4-stroke propulsion, and propeller systems. We are looking for a strong product manager to take the lead in exciting product development projects for retrofitting our customers’ engines and assets.

You will play an important role in: You will be:

• leading and driving product maturing and development projects, of Retrofit products for our different product lines.
• Spearheading business projects and initiatives.
• Capturing new retrofit product ideas and guiding them through our product evaluation process.
• Contributing to our Retrofit Product Roadmap, which sets the direction for future products that we will bring to the market.

Preferably you have technical experience with the maritime business, marine engines or technical marine equipment.

Welcome to Retrofit Product Management You will be joining a diverse team, rich in different nationalities and educational backgrounds. Our department is split into two teams: one provides daily product support to our sales and order execution colleagues, and the other, which you will be part of, focuses on developing new retrofit products and business initiatives.

We value a collaborative working environment, which is the foundation in our all of our work. You will be joining 12 other colleagues working on three different sites in Denmark: Copenhagen, Holeby and Frederikshavn.

This position is based in Copenhagen.
