STARK IT is looking for an IT Process Manager, Group IT

We are looking for an IT Process Manager to join our team to drive and support selected IT processes group wide, to support the STARK GROUP day to day operation and the business strategy. You will primarily be working with Incident, Major Incident, Problem and/or Change Management. You will have a central role in the team to ensure efficient and continuously improved processes. You will ensure the process skills and competencies in STARK Group and the Business Units.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitate and drive the group wide development and continuous improvement of ITIL processes including Incident, Request, Change, Problem and Knowledge management processes across service providers
• Facilitate and drive the continuous group wide improvement of the ITSM support of processes
• Facilitate and drive group wide alignment on process KPI’s and reporting
• Ensure that process documentation is kept up to date
• Arrange and chair regular expert process forums across the group
• Participate in boards reporting on KPI’s, status, improvements and roadmaps
• Provide process training to process practitioners
• Work with the senior management, stakeholders and boards on process, automation and ITSM tool roadmaps and ensure these are regularly kept up to date
• On selected processes, act as process manager where STARK Group IT is service provider

Team player with drive and high degree of professionalism
You will be a great match for STARK if you:

• Have +5 years of experience as an IT Process Manager/IT Service Manager
• Have a Bachelor’s degree with an analytical focus, Process Control Management, IT or similar relevant real-world experience
• Are ITIL certified and have ServiceNow experience
• Have report and procedure writing skills
• Demonstrate discipline, analytical, problem-solving abilities, and attention to details skills
• Are an excellent communicator in English and Danish (oral and written) and you can translate technology terms/concepts into business/nontechnical points
• Have executive presence and comfort interacting with both internal and vendor on all levels
• Can prepare reports on the state of IT Service Provider and support in identification of ways to improve and drive the improvements initiative
• Understand self-leading teams and act as a servant facilitator in relation to people, processes, and products
• Have experience in driving changes and facilitating collaboration and action in highly distributed or flat organizations
