Senior D365 FO Consultant, Finance for GPV Group

About the Role

As a Senior D365 Finance Consultant, you will be a pivotal member of the global digitalization team, spearheading a greenfield Microsoft D365FO implementation project. This role involves developing a global business process template to be deployed across 17 production sites, encompassing sales, procurement, manufacturing, quality, logistics, warehousing, and finance. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, lead functional stream, and work with external implementation partner to ensure the project's success. Frequent travel to different GPV Group sites must be expected.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional stream together with Business Process Lead, Owner, and external partner
• Analyze business requirements, challenge existing processes, and document the global template
• Address and implement local legal requirements
• Support business in process optimization, data structures, and best practices
• Define KPIs and reporting in collaboration with the organization
• Create functional specifications for configuration and programming
• Configure, test solutions, manage data migration, interfaces, and change requests with the team
• Document test scripts and develop training materials
• Support organizational change management
• Conduct training and provide post-go-live support.
• Extensive experience as a Senior D365 Finance Consultant, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong educational background in finance or related fields
• Deep understanding of the link between operations and finance
• Ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions
• Strong analytical, structured, and proactive approach
• High interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders at various organizational levels
• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
