FINANCE BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE MANAGER

Trackunit is looking for a Finance Business Intelligence Manager who will join a rapidly growing SaaS Business with an international atmosphere.

Trackunit is looking for an experienced finance BI enthusiast to step in and lead a small team of highly skilled and motivated finance BI professionals. You possess a practical and mathematical mindset combined with great interpersonal skills, as you will work closely with various internal stakeholders on different levels.

In this role, you are part of the Finance organization while also joining the engaged and active data community. You work alongside a core group of talented colleagues who take chances and challenge the status quo. Together with your team, you are instrumental in creating the foundation for Trackunit’s future finance data enablement.

With locations in the hearts of Copenhagen, Kolding, Aarhus and Aalborg, Trackunit offers you a flexible setup with the possibility to work from one of our locations or remotely from anywhere in Denmark. As many of your colleagues are located out of Aalborg, your presence in Aalborg is expected on a regular basis.

• You work closely with the VP of Revenue & Billing Operations as your immediate manager. Yet, you are also connected broadly to colleagues and internal stakeholders in the organization, working with different functions such as Finance, Engineering, Pricing and Commercial.

Primary responsibilities:

• Maintain team vision and manage daily activities of a small team of business intelligence professionals.
• Own and operate data pipelines for billing, subscription and revenue data from the ERP system into Databricks and other management reporting solutions.
• Lead the development and optimization of dashboards in Power BI.
• Understand and support the use cases of financial data across Trackunit and ensure data architecture supports these effectively.
• A key member of Trackunit data community, representing finance and translating business requirements into intuitive reporting solutions.
• An important contributor to process improvement and automation projects. Trackunit expects you to have and want an impact and question how things are done today.

Your profile:

• Preferably 5+ years of experience with analytical tasks using financial and commercial data, either as a team lead or team manager.
• You see yourself as someone who understands how to enable and lead others in a high paced global environment.
• You feel at home with large amounts of data and are a skilled user of Excel, Power BI and ERP Systems, as well as being familiar with data lake systems such as Databricks.
• You are equally comfortable discussing Python coding with data engineers and delving into revenue recognition logic of an ERP system.
• English skills at a business level as Trackunit is a global organization with international colleagues in and outside of Denmark.
