We invite you to join our R&D Accessory Development team, where collaboration with expert project managers and engineers thrives in a responsive workplace. You are offered a key position at the forefront of complex technical projects where you will join a team of highly experienced, competent and dedicated colleagues. As HW Project Manager you will be responsible for leading innovation as well as road map projects from concept until mass production. You will be responsible for defining clear goals and lead a high performing project team which delivers according to scope, budget and timeline.

Your Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Leading a cross functional team of Electronics engineers, Mechanical Engineers, UX Designers and sub suppliers
• Integration and Alignment: Ensure seamless integration with other projects contributing to the same program.
• Communication and Motivation: Clearly communicate project goals, set team expectations, and motivate individual team members to deliver on time and within scope.
• Risk Management: Regularly generate project status reports and manage project risks.
• Process Improvement: Continuously enhance project processes for better efficiency and outcomes.
• Quality Management: Deliver high-quality documentation in accordance with the WSA Quality Management System.
• Professional Excellence: Maintain a professional approach to achieving high-quality deliverables.

Experience

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in electronics, with hands-on experience in hardware development.
• Hardware background: Preferably experience with in wireless and small battery driven devices.
• Project Management Expertise: Solid experience guiding hardware initiatives, especially within the realm of medical device innovation.
• Project Execution: Experience with project disciplines such as planning, budgeting, Risk analysis, reporting.
• Certifications: Project management certification (e.g., IPMA, Prince2, PMP) preferred.
• Outsourcing and Cultural Understanding: Experience in outsourcing and a keen understanding of Asian cultures.
