About the role
As a Bid Manager at Ework Group you coordinate and manage the entire bid process, including analyzing requirements, developing proposals, and ensuring timely submissions.
A bid process usually entails close collaborations with different specialist functions within the organization, commitment to bid strategies and ensuring that it is aligned with our business objectives, and to be consultative and communicate effectively with stakeholders both internally and externally.
Additionally, you conduct risk assessments and contribute to post-bid evaluations to enhance future bidding strategies. Being curious and proactively seeking new input and insight to further enhance our solutions and services
Overall responsibilities/tasks
In the role as a Bid Manager you will be
- Manage and coordinate bids and tenders: Including procurement qualification, writing tender texts, time management, compiling team material, quality assurance, and proofreading.
- Organize strategic meetings and decision-making forums.
- Support the solution selling process: Assist with business opportunities and models, providing know-how and tactics to win bids across all sites.
- Write and produce proposals: Also present and lead negotiations with clients.
- Review competitor bids and compile win/loss analyses.
- Drive the bid process: Follow the Bid Process at Ework.
Requirements to be able to succeed in the role
You have
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Bid Manager
- A degree, higher education in relevant field.
- An eye for business development as you will be a part of our continuous work of developing and improving our Solutions.
- Strategic and analytical skills and experience from leading larger bids and negotiation projects (or procuring services in a similar manner).
You are
- Fluent in Swedish and English both verbally and written.
- Consultative, Committed, Collaborative and Curious - in everything you do!
