What will be your role?
As a DE&I Manager, you'll drive the DE&I agenda, moulding and operationalising a strategy that mirrors Danske Bank's commitment to every individual's unique identity and perspective. Your primary role will be to ensure continuous growth in our DE&I efforts. You will be the primary resource for all DE&I-related queries, fostering a greater understanding of DE&I principles across our organization.
What will you be doing?
You will be instrumental in refining our inclusive hiring practices and implementing a strategy that aligns with our values and mission. You will establish alliances with external DE&I entities and communities as Danske Bank's ambassador. You will also collaborate with various business units to infuse DE&I across the organization and drive our Employee Representation Groups. You will also interpret and present DE&I progress to our senior leadership.
Who are we looking for?
We are on the lookout for a colleague with 5-7 years of experience in a DE&I role. We value your understanding of DE&I best practices and trends and the ability to implement those. We expect you to have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, accompanied by strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. As a minimum you have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
