The Position
As a Process Supporter you will be responsible for a variety of tasks linked to process validation.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Optimization, implementation, and documentation of processes.
• Managing shut down activities as pit stop manoeuvres to minimize production downtime.
• Providing expert knowledge and sparring in mechanics, automation, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), project management, validation, and compliance.
• Building bridges between the needs of your colleagues and automated solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with GMP regulations and validation requirements.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:

• An academic degree within engineering, science or similar.
• Orientation towards project and a solid technical understanding of manufacturing equipment with insight into GMP, validation and computerized equipment.
• Solid understanding of interfaces between systems, as well as human and machine interaction and can build a bridge between the needs of your colleagues and automated solutions.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Danish.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential in this role, making it easier to interact effectively with stakeholders across the organization.

About the department
We are responsible for the packaging of our Ozempic® and Wegovy® medical devices. While we continuously improve and upgrade our equipment, we are also a launch site with responsibility for implementing and validating new products and production equipment. Finally, we are also deeply involved in capacity expansions with development of several new packaging lines.
