About the role
As Client Success Manager, you support our clients in the usage of the benefit platform by being the point of contact and enabling high product value. You play a vital role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, resulting in client satisfaction with high renewal and low churn.

You will for instance

Client Success Management (75%):

  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between clients and Benify.
  • Be the point of contact for operational issue resolution/problem-solving.
  • Take ownership of customer relationship management and its processes.
  • Support Key Account Managers in nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Handle technical tasks to maintain and enhance customer value and manage a wide range of client errands varying in complexity.
  • Educate and ensure active client utilization of the solution, as well as hold, attend and participate in client meetings and calls as required .
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

End-user support (25%):

  • Work in the help desk and be responsible for end-user support for our German clients.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a client facing role, for example in customer service, B2B or B2C.
  • Professional language skills in German and English is required.
  • A university degree in technology or another relevant field.

It's a big advantage, thus not required if you also have ⭐

  • Professional language skills in Dutch.
  • Experience working with troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with project management or another coordinating role
  • SaaS or software experience

  • Start: As soon as we find our match 🧐
  • Extent: Full-time, 100%
  • Location: Munich or Amsterdam.
  • Work model: Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)
