Your future team:
You will become a part of Group Operational Excellence & Quality, a diverse team consisting of 12 colleagues. Our mission is to support our factories in driving improvements in performance and develop a continuous improvement culture in ROCKWOOL. We do this in various ways and are always looking for new opportunities for improvement.

What you will be doing:
As a Student Assistant, you will work 2-3 days per week (around 15 hours) from our office in Hedehusene, Denmark. We will be flexible to accommodate your studies, although some travelling to our factories is expected to support delivering high standard training around Europe.

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as Student Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of a leadership programme for the factories, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and assisting with the development of training materials. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Further you will help make new training materials and ensure our ROCKWOOL Continuous Improvement Program's knowledge hub is easy to use and full of useful learning content and inspiration.

Your key tasks for the role will be:

  • Support the Programme Manager with various administrative tasks, including participating in meetings and on-site training sessions for the ROCKWOOL leadership programme
  • Manage changes during sessions and maintaining high standards of excellence in the execution to give the participants a good learning experience
  • Help improve training materials and update knowledge hub design
  • Refine presentation materials to ensure alignment with session objectives.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating practicums or training sessions, handling planning and logistics efficiently.
  • Maintain regular communication with program instructors, providing necessary follow-ups and updates.
  • Collaborate with content experts and team members to develop effective training programs that meet learning objectives.

What you bring:
You are currently conducting your studies, within business, engineering, IT-, or technical-related field. Most importantly, your interest lies within People development, communication, business & project management and you are curious and eager to impact how we do people development in ROCKWOOL.

Further, we are imaging that you

  • are in the last year of your Bachelor's degree or first year of your Master's degree.
  • are fluent in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • are a team player who works well with others, collaborating with content experts, instructors, and team members to ensure the training program is comprehensive and meets learning objectives.
  • are skilled with digital tools, such as presentation software, needed to create and distribute engaging training materials.
  • are working systematically, keeping the overview to secure high standards in deliveries
  • are creative in task solving and work independent.
  • are effective in communication, both verbally and in writing, able to listen and respond to feedback from various stakeholders to continuously improve the user experience.
