Senior Global Brand Manager, Castello - Aarhus

Are you an experienced and energetic brand marketer who can drive strong global brand performance? Castello® is one of Arla Foods’ global brands and is known for its big range of high-quality specialty cheeses all over the world. You will be part of the international team of passionate and highly motivated marketers striving to make Castello® one of the leading cheese brands in the world.

How you will make an impact
You will join the Global Castello team at Arla’s headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark, where you will work alongside passionate marketers. Reporting to the Global Senior Brand Director, you will have full responsibility for developing your part of the Castello® product portfolio; strategy, innovation, comms, market growth plans etc.

Aiming to grow brand equity and penetration in order to grow the business, you will:

• Develop & execute brand growth strategies that are clearly anchored with the key Castello® markets. Creating the needed communication campaigns, innovations and execution ideas to deliver the strategy
• Be the business partner for some of the key markets. Ensuring efficient global-local collaboration, a clear link between the global & local strategy, and strong local brand activation plans
• Drive the Castello® agenda across the Arla matrix, working closely with local markets, Product Management, Innovation, Supply Chain, Finance and Insights team
• Work closely with the other brand managers in the global team to ensure effective collaboration, and that we are building one coherent Castello® brand and product portfolio globally

What will make you successful
You are commercially savvy and results-oriented with a proven track record of initiating and executing initiatives that have successfully delivered business growth. You have experience in developing brand communication and innovations, and you manage to work at both strategic and very operational levels whenever needed.

On a personal level, you have a strong combination of strategic thinking and a creative mind. You thrive in a matrix organization where you easily build commitment and trust with stakeholders, and exert influence without always having direct authority. Optimally, you have experience in perishable food and working both in global and local organizations. Speaking and writing English fluently is mandatory.
