We are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Global Corporate Finance Department!
The Finance Business Partner will support the Global functions based in Pandora’s HQ in Copenhagen. Joining our Global Corporate Finance Department, you will support and enable the function by being the ‘go-to’ finance business partner in all aspects of reporting, financial planning and follow-up, ensuring we have the right financial insights and foundation for informed decision making.

Further to your role as a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for consolidation and coordination of the monthly Global Functions financial report and will be working closely with your finance business partnering colleagues to provide timely and actionable insights.

This is a high paced role with considerable senior stakeholder visibility, thus we are looking for a candidate who brings a strong business partnering toolbox, combined with a process improvement mindset and a strong digital reporting experience.

The key accountabilities are to;

• Assume the role of primary financial support and trusted sparring partner for functional leadership teams, driving qualified decision-making by providing valuable insights, reports, analysis recommendations
• Own and develop the monthly financial reporting and related commentary
• Drive forecast/budget process for the functional areas
• Proactively take part in standardization, efficiency and other financial improvement projects focusing on compliance, financial control, systems and reporting across Global Functions
• Build and review business cases

What We Hope To See In Your Profile

In addition, we hope to see:

• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills, with a few years’ experience working with and supporting executive level management
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to challenge when required and work well within all levels of the organisation
• Strong analytical skills - detail oriented, but with the ability to draw out key messaging for senior management
• Fluency in English is essential – both verbal and in writing.
