The HR Coordinator is part of the HR Quality Compliance & Training team responsible for HR Quality Compliance processes, course administration and onboarding as well as a variety of ad hoc tasks. In this role you will report to the HR Quality Compliance & Training Manager.

The position is located at our Headquarters in Brønshøj, Denmark and is a hybrid position.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Be responsible for course coordination and administration, incl. maintaining the training archives.
• Support quality training documentation processes
• Support reporting on various HR processes

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Several years of experience from an HR administrative role.
• Experience with working with various IT systems and MS Office
• Full professional proficiency in written and spoken Danish and professional working proficiency in written and spoken English.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working in a global environment, maybe in a regulated industry
• Working with a course administration system
