Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager for IT Sourcing

If so, we have an opportunity where you will be responsible for leading and executing sourcing activities within IT.

You will be part of the Procurement team in Norlys A/S, working alongside approximately 20 dedicated and competent colleagues. The team is diverse, including Category Managers, Sourcing Specialists, Coordinators, Commercial law and more. Our leadership is characterized by freedom with responsibility, with a strong emphasis on well-being and development.

The team is part of 'Supply Chain & Facility Management' at Norlys A/S, and your workplace will be in Aarhus, Silkeborg, or Copenhagen. On the days we are not in the office, we work either from home or from our other locations across Denmark.

Your Responsibilities: Tenders and Procurement Areas
Depending on your experience and skills, you will be responsible for conducting RFx processes, managing your own projects from start to finish with support from the team. You will handle your own projects within IT procurement but are also expected to manage procurement projects across various categories. Primarily, you will oversee larger IT procurement projects in relation to Norlys's acquisition of the Danish mobile business from Telia Group. Your main tasks will include:

• Strategic sourcing, supplier management, and development
• Supplier negotiations and drafting supplier contracts
• Stakeholder management
• Project management in connection with sourcing and tender processes
• Various administrative tasks

You will succeed when you can innovate and support our IT department in making the right sourcing decisions and when you can secure attractive and long-term agreements with our suppliers, benefiting both us and them.

Experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager with Strong IT-Technical Interest
You likely have a master's degree complemented by experience in a similar role, working with strategic sourcing. Perhaps you have been a Category- or Sourcing Manager for the past few years. The most important aspect is that you share our enthusiasm for the job, are community-oriented, and possess the personal qualities needed to succeed in the position:

You are a professional negotiator motivated by developing complex and strategic contracts and supplier collaborations that make a difference for the business. You are driven by seeing visible results from your efforts and take independent responsibility for creating them.

You have business acumen, are open to new people, and excel in building relationships and networking as a trustworthy and confidence-building partner at all levels, both internally and externally. It is crucial that you can engage, influence the organization, and create followership in a convincing and collaborative manner.

You are curious and can think in new solutions and opportunities. There is great complexity and a need for development. We innovate and maximize the value of what we have. It is important that you are curious and able to understand the fundamental mechanisms of the technology for which you have procurement responsibility.

You are an experienced MS Office user and familiar with e-sourcing, Power BI, or similar tools. Additionally, you handle English in both writing and speaking at a negotiation level.
