  • Display proficiency in both spoken and written English

It would be considered an advantage if you hold a professional certification in project/process management or similar.

As a person you are passionate about our purpose and can transform vision and strategy into actions, you bring excellence into all you do and are a strong collaborator, you thrive with global collaboration with diverse teams, you can balance unknown factors while deliver on your targets with a can-do attitude, and you have experience working in a dynamic organization with many changes.

About the department
GSOD & SSIMS is the central sourcing unit in Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply division, responsible for medium- and long-term strategic sourcing activities, which involves global identification and strategic management of suppliers for Novo Nordisk’s worldwide pharmaceutical production sites.

GSOD & SSIMS ensures necessary external capacity through contracting with specialized CMOs in the Drug Product, Drug Substance and Devices space. Examples of this could be filling and packaging, APIs, or custom-made components for our NN devices. We work closely with the internal manufacturing units and the CMOs to ensure high quality standards, compliance, and timely delivery of the products. We also manage the end-to-end performance and relationship with the CMOs, from sourcing and contracting to governance and risk management.

Joining our team, you immerse yourself in a thorough yet fast-paced and ambitious environment, where we collaborate closely with stakeholders, inside and outside GSOD & SSIMS. With office space in the Product Supply’s HQ in Bagsværd, the AA&PPM team is a newly established team which cater for the expansion and growth of Novo Nordisk as a center of excellence for both GSOD and SSIMS.

You will join a diverse group of people who are self-driven, open-minded, and have a strong drive to show that despite us being good at what we do, we can be even better.

Please, note that HQ for Product Supply will move to Taastrup in Q4 2024.
