The position

As a Production Scientist at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Be a subject matter expert on production processes, developing scalable process, for new tablet products.
  • Support the production of clinical trial phase 3 productions.
  • Develop standards for new products to meet current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Help the transfer from development to market production.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, preferably you should have the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with tablet production in a GMP environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in GMP production. Ph
  • Ability to solve complex production issues.
  • Have a Master’s degree within Life Sciences (e.g., Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy) or Engineer (e.g. Biomedicine).
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

On a personal level, you have excellent communication with many stakeholders and strong teamwork skills. Also curiosity and ability to look for new solutions are welcome qualities.

About the department and the Team

The Emerging Technologies (ET), Oral Product Development (OPDev), Clinical Operations department at Novo Nordisk is located at our site in Måløv, Denmark. We are a team over 90 employees, spread across six teams. As part of our campaign support team, you will work collaboratively with 15 professionals, specialists, and technicians. Our department is responsible for producing tablets for phase 3 clinical trails and ensuring a successful transfer of new products from late phase development to our large-scale GMP facility. You will be in a position where you will have a lot of stakeholders from early development until end of process. In this regard it is important that you are adaptive and ready for continuous change and innovative in your daily work habits. We work together to maintain the highest quality standards and ensure smooth production processes.
