This job is in Aalborg, DK within a team of 3 PMO Specialists and a Student worker. The PMO Specialist team is part of the PMO department with Project Managers and Technical Project Managers - all working with global manufacturing projects such as: New product introductions, technology transfers, new plant construction and extensions plus several other project categories related to the manufacturing of our wind turbines.

The PMO Specialist focuses on processes, resource management, budget, communication, project management tools and templates, portfolio status and reporting, project reviews, lessons learned, facilitation of events and workshops etc.

How to contribute to our vision
You should have an interest in “behind the scene” of running successful projects, processes and documentation. As a PMO Specialist you strive to support the Project Managers and the organization with tools, templates, reports and structure. For this role you can have a wide range of educational backgrounds and experiences. What makes the difference is your ability to achieve project objectives in collaboration with a wide landscape of stakeholders; being project managers, finance, IT, management, and many other areas.

It is important that you understand and are accustomed to using IT systems of large organizations and can adjust to be efficient within these. You feel comfortable with cross organizational cooperation to achieve your end goals. We expect you to be structured, creative and have great communication skills. In your daily work you will use the full office 365 package including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and a wide range of internal programs and tools. Experience with Power Bi and Power Apps is an advantage.

You communicate clearly and efficiently with stakeholders at all organizational levels, and you feel comfortable having an ongoing dialogue with the Project Managers and continuous follow-up regarding the project status, collecting data and reporting to management.
