Join our dynamic Process and Digital team as a Student Worker! In this role, you will support us in implementing efficient and effective processes, fostering a culture of operational excellence, and driving digital transformation. Our mission is to make a lasting impact on stakeholders by developing innovative solutions and leveraging improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble Management Presentations: Create, edit, and enhance presentations for management.
• Report Collection and Distribution: Gather and distribute reports within the organization.
• Process Governance Support: Assist the process manager with governance tasks.
• Regulation Maintenance: Help internal regulation owners maintain their regulations in Process House.
• Task and Project Management: Independently plan and deliver tasks and small projects related to process improvements involving multiple stakeholders.
• SharePoint Maintenance: Support the maintenance of our internal SharePoint, including workflows and automation.
• Data Processing: Assist in basic processing of business data.

Required Skills:

• PowerPoint Proficiency: Basic skills in creating, editing, and “polishing” presentations.
• Excel Competence: Ability to understand and extract data using Excel.
• SharePoint: Basic skills in updating and maintaining SharePoint.
• Stakeholder Management: Clear communication skills for requesting and delivering information to stakeholders.
• Prioritization and Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively based on business needs.
• Automation Workflow Knowledge: Basic understanding of automation workflows (preferably SharePoint) or power platforms.
• Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and process datasets.
