About the role
You will join our Project Management area consisting of approximately 500 highly skilled project employees. Specifically, you will be part of our Project Controlling team with 45 highly Professional Project Controllers in Denmark and India, who oversee controlling the largest EPCMV projects in NNE. We engage and interact with a variety of stakeholders and regardless of which stakeholders we face, our ambition is to take a partner position and provide our stakeholders with support that allows them a feeling of control and support.

We are looking for a Business Solution Architect to join our team of dedicated Project Controllers. As a team, we are working on driving strategic initiatives and optimizing our tools & processes. Your role will be key in owning and driving strategic initiatives, tools & processes balancing broad involvement of stakeholders and delivering fast results.

How you might spend your days
As a Business Solution Architect, you’ll:

• Own, drive and improve on key strategic tools and processes e.g. ERP system, Project Reporting tools e.g.
• Query and Power BI, Processes Mapping for Controlling
  
• Own the processes and interfaces that link our data and systems together with finance, sales and project execution, such as:
  - Interaction with Sales organization when updating yearly sales rates
  - Interaction with Sales organization when updating sub-consultant rates and agreements
  - Interaction with Finance when updating yearly cost rates
  
• Develop tools and reports in e.g. Query / Power BI to ease the work for the controlling team
  
• Drive and lead improvements of processes and tools in the controlling reporting flow
• Identify new optimization and improvement initiatives as a natural part of your daily work.
  
• Drive workshops and ensure focus on what matters most.

The position is based in either Kalundborg or Virum, but we expect you to be flexible.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

• you have experience in leading a team towards strategic goals
  
• you have walked the miles as Project Manager, Facilitator, System Consultant or similar
  
• you have a strong technical understanding and hands on experience with developing tools in e.g. Power BI, Power Query
  
• you have solid understanding of Project Cost controlling processes to support the strategic initiatives you will drive. Maybe you have worked as Cost Engineer, Project controller or Project Controls Manager
  
• you have an educational background within Economics or similar.
  
• you are fluent English, spoken and written. You live in Denmark.
