A JOB WITH GREAT IMPACT
You will be pivotal in optimizing and developing our digital marketing channels, with a particular focus on enhancing our websites. Your efforts will result in significant improvements in our online presence across the Nordic markets. You will have the ability to interpret key metrics and provide actionable insights, driving data-informed decisions to refine our digital strategies.

With a solid commercial insight, preferably from B2B experience, you will understand the nuances of our target markets and tailor our digital marketing efforts to meet their needs effectively. Your creative toolbox is well-equipped, enabling you to write compelling content, design engaging landing pages, and execute visually appealing campaigns that resonate with our audience. Your role will be crucial in enhancing user engagement, increasing conversion rates, and ultimately contributing to our business growth.

You will be part of our Communications team consisting of 6 people and you will work closely with our Head of Marketing. We expect that you can work from our office in Søborg or Malmö at Knud Højgaards Vej 2, 2860 Søborg, Denmark or Hyllie Stationstorg 31, 215 32, Malmö.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate regular reports: You will generate reports on key metrics, analyzing data to uncover trends and opportunities. These insights will help you and the team make informed decisions to improve website performance
• Website management: You will play a central part in the development and updates of our websites, ensuring they are user-friendly and aligned with our branding. This includes coordinating with designers, developers, and other stakeholders
• SEO-friendly content development: You will develop and maintain SEO-friendly content that provides an excellent user experience
• Optimize lead capture and conversion tools: You will optimize lead capture forms, landing pages, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to maximize conversions
• Drive lead generation campaigns: You will ensure the creation of compelling offers and campaigns that drive lead generation

YOUR PROFILE

• Creative mind with strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Monsido, Excel)
• Experience with CMS
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices
• Experience in designing and executing lead generation campaigns
• Data-driven approach to marketing ensuring that insights directly inform strategy and execution
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
