GroupWorkplace Management (GWM) is driving Danske Bank Group Real Estate & Workplace strategy and through that responsible for the Real Estate footprint, Workplace development and the budget performance on these areas.
We are yearly running a large number of projects creating new office workplaces, renew leases, maintaining assets and creating capital planning based on lifecycle estimations etc. We are in the middle of establishing a solid and fact-based foundation and want to implement the next generation Real Estate and Facility Management digital solution.
Your role
In this exciting new position, you will be leading the design and implementation of a robust digital platform for our Real Estate and Facility Management operations on a global scale. Together with our digital organisation, you will be building up a new digital platform that supports our business structures, improves our BI foundation and makes it possible to run real-time executive reporting that can be used for storytelling, facilitate value-based decisions, financial risk evaluations and grow productivity improvements. Furthermore, you will ensure our data is accurate, reliable, and easily accessible, turning it into insights that drive valid business decisions.
Working with different aspects of workplace management includes developing new business models, analysing current operational processes, collaborating with the Management Team to develop best-in-class setups and utilize new technologies, i.e. the intelligent building and Internet of things.
Key responsibilities:
- Define business requirements for our technology solutions
- Partner with the P&P central Digitalization & Technology team to define strategies to the global Platform, orchestrate implementation, and manage change
- Define standards and best practices for performance, lean processes, cost-effectiveness, and resource efficiency across countries
- Giving input to BI activities and help building a new reporting structure on long and short-term capital planning, cost analysis and scenario planning, benchmarking across entities and to external parties
- Educate and train employees and clients to use data as an analytical tool
- End to end thinking on digitalisation of our cores processes, where some of them are performed by third parties
- Lead the digital community in GWM and establish a knowledge forum for digital development and BI
A great match
- Proven project and collaboration skills, with a passion for delivering tangible results
- Analytic skills and a data-driven approach, capable of simplifying complex insights
- Experience in strategic initiatives, executive reporting, and data analysis
- Knowledge of BI stack for Real Estate and Facility Management
- General Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence Background
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in executive reporting and data analysis, could be from Facility Management or Manufacturing Business
