Senior Service Architect - Tietoevry Banking (m/f/d)

Tietoevry Cards delivers scalable and modular Card as a Service and leading software built by unmatched industry expertise, accelerating the digital transformation of financial institutions.

We are growing and are looking for a Senior Service Architect who is customer-oriented and focused on tomorrow’s solutions that can be transformed into new business for our business areas. You will be involved in business development, account management, and project management activities. You will report to the Head of Sales and Business Management and be a member of the management team.

As a Service Architect you will contribute with the designing, developing, and maintaining the services that Tietoevry Card Issuing offers to its customers. You will work with the technical teams, product owners, business analysts, Sales and Customer Managers to ensure that the services meet the customer needs and comply with the architectural standards and best practices. You will also advice Sales and participate and lead BID and larger sales processes.

Experience Requirements:

• Knowledge of the card industry, banking and finance sector, and general business understanding.
• Experience working with larger cases throughout the entire process from analysis to finished concept.
• Significant experience and documented good results within the area of expertise.
• General IT understanding.
• Experience working across Nordic countries and multiple cultures.

Personal Qualities:

• Structured, analytical, with good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to dive into data, analyses, and experience bases, extract the main essence, and communicate strategic implications clearly.
• Works purposefully and systematically towards goals. Can show documented results within advisory function, delivery, or other relevant tasks within the business area of Cards.
• Able to work independently, while also functioning well in a team. Builds networks and relationships both internally and externally.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• You are fluent in Norwegian or Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
