GN Facility Management is looking for a new Facility Assistant to help deliver world class facility management to ensure the best possible working environment for the GN Employees. Running a large growth company means a lot of employees and a lot of employees means a lot of maintenance and repairs, cleaning, catering, coordination of internal moves and day-to-day operations at our buildings. The team you will be part of
Acting as a node for all facility management across all our Ballerup-based facilities, we interface with all the various departments of GN. You will work closely with our in-house FM partner, coworking in coordinating service, FM activities throughout GN. Your responsibility will primarily be managing the day-to-day operations, moves, and minor ongoing projects.

As our new Facility Assistant, your principal task is coordinating the different activities and operations within our buildings within GN Campus. Facility operations involve a high degree of variation and ad hoc tasks so you should expect every day to be different.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Have an important role in securing GN’s workplace, lab, and test facilities
    always look and operate impeccably and are in a perfect condition
  • Vendor management and successful close collaboration with inhouse FM partner
  • Responsible for managing and coordinating GN FM’s many administrative activities
  • Stakeholder management is natural to you including general communication towards the organization on multiple platforms
  • Support local OHS on working environment, fire safety, and evacuation drills
  • Ensure that the inhouse FM partner delivers according to the service level agreements and provide monthly feedback to the Facility Management team regarding supplier performance
  • Support space management, internal moves and projects
  • Support GN FM in day-to-day operation in GN buildings in close collaboration with our inhouse FM supplier
  • Good Danish and English skills
  • Good grasp of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

To succeed in the role, you will act as the maintenance hub for a large corporation like GN which means interfacing with lots of different people every day - you must be equally comfortable talking to all employees across the organization.

You must be able to keep your head high under pressure, as we are a very busy department managing a various tasks and projects, both short- and long-term.

We are looking for a new colleague with some experience in Facility Management. A background in the service industry would be a great plus as well, as we are a servicing body. We are open applications from all types of educational backgrounds.
