This position is based at our Head Quarter in Bagsværd Denmark.

The position
As our EVP Total Rewards Partner, your primary role will be to support several EVP/SVP areas with the design and delivery of all key rewards programs in alignment with the Global Rewards Strategy. You will report directly to the Head of Non-Operations Total Rewards.

  • You will serve as the single point of contact for the EVP/SVP areas you support, representing the Centre of Excellence (CoE).
  • You will support the annual compensation review as well as total rewards matters linked to organizational changes, pay transparency, executive hires, capability building etc.
  • You will advise HR Business Partners and Senior Leaders.
  • Ensuring successful performance in this role involves the execution of well-established stakeholder management skills.
  • You will need to effectively persuade and assert your position, even when dealing with senior leaders, while maintaining a collaborative approach and comprehending business perspectives.

Qualifications

  • Master’s in Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar relevant academic background.
  • 8+ years’ experience in the field of Rewards.
  • 3+ years’ experience in senior stakeholder management.
  • Experience in working with global teams is an advantage.
  • Will be a plus if you bring some experience within sustainability rewards or with AI driven solutions.

We are seeking an individual who embodies a high level of integrity, personal drive, and adaptability, along with strong communication skills and exceptional stakeholder management at a high level. The ideal candidate will showcase strategic insight and a mature approach to decision-making. Additionally, they should demonstrate the ability to work independently and exhibit confidence in their capacity to make sound judgments.

Fluent written and spoken English will be needed for this position.
