About the position
We are on an exciting journey to replace one of the systems that sit at the beating heart of our medicine production, PAS-X. We operate globally at production sites in Novo Nordisk and you will have the opportunity to play a vital role in securing production efficiency and speed for the next many years.

As the MES CoE OCM Lead, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Taking our OCM approach, playbook and processes to the next level alongside supporting Line of Business with their projects.
  • Leading OCM activities across multiple sites, globally, together with your team of MES Project Managers and MES Analysts, having the overall overview of the OCM activities needed and end-to-end delivery responsibility of the identified OCM activities.
  • Collaborating and co-createing with our product development, deployment and system operations teams and together with OCM teams from other departments implementing systems in production, such as WareX, Fill Finish and S4HANA. Together you will analyse and identify activities to secure engagement and adoption of the new system.

As an Organisational Change Manager, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the organisational change management activities from planning and conceptualization through engagement and implementation

Qualifications
We see our next colleague :

  • Having ADKAR qualification or experience, incl. Stakeholder Mapping, Change Impact Assessment , OCM strategy and Communication plan .
  • Proven experience in relevant area of business for instance organisational change, communication, HR or other relevant.
  • Possessing the ability to confidently advice on, challenge and influence organizational culture, mindset and business processes for the benefit of the Line of Business, while at the same time building credibility and trust .
  • Owning and further developing our OCM Playbook and toolbox.
  • Supporting and upskilling your colleagues in development of an organisational change mindset and use of OCM toolbox and playbook . Enabling them to have enhanced communication, transparency, collaboration and alignment across the whole stakeholder landscape.
  • Working closely together with the teams in MES CoE, sponsors, end-users and the change community across various business functions in developing and tracking the progress and value of change.
  • Having experience with being an active sparring partner and facilitate change to ensure project teams are enabled to drive the right organisational change management activities.
  • With the ability to build and foster networks of change champions and agents across the organization.
  • Having qualification in project management and OCM methodologies in both a traditional Project Execution as well as agile set up.
  • Communicating fluently in both oral and written English.

About the department
Our department, MES Programme CoE, delivers top critical IT systems in Novo Nordisk and therefore you will be part of an area with high focus from executive management and with high speed and exciting challenges.

The department, MES Programme CoE is anchored in DD&IT Product Supply and is focused on implementing MES - a Manufacturing Execution System (MES), used across Novo Nordisk. We set the strategic direction and ensure that processes across production lines are automated and optimised.

The team is primarily located in Bagsværd (Greater Copenhagen area), Denmark and work hand-in-hand with our Product Supply colleagues, meaning that you will get to work closely with the users and technologies that drive our global manufacturing processes to the next level. The team itself is very diverse both in terms of capabilities and background, with roles spanning from project managers, product owners, SCRUM masters, architects to hands-on MES analysts.
