What will you do?
As our new Project Manager, you will plan, manage and deliver the installation of custom engineered offshore projects. You will ensure that projects are executed in a safe and professional manner and meet the obligations of the project contract.
Your main tasks include:
- Managing Project HSE, Quality, Budget, Schedule and Client Satisfaction
- Leading and participating in internal and external project meetings
- Managing supplier relationships, performance and ensure that Cadeler is getting the best value from suppliers
- Monitoring all project related expenses and effecting actions when necessary
- Identifying, assessing and managing potential risks associated with the project
- Ensuring the capture of learnings

We are looking for a passionate profile, who has strong stakeholder management skills. You are organized and structured, with excellent communication skills and capable of managing projects independently.
We think you will be a good match if you have some of the following competencies:
- BSc or MSc Degree in Engineering or similar
- 1-3 years work experience within Project Management
- Prior experience in offshore wind is an advantage
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
