Join our Data team in our Digital, Data and IT organisation
At our HQ in Humlebæk, north of Copenhagen, you will join our inclusive and collaborative Data team of more than 20 BI colleagues, including developers, solution architects and our operations and adoption teams.

Working closely with departments across the organisation, we create methodical roadmaps to manage a diverse project pipeline encompassing Global Operations, Business Support and Innovation. As a global Data function, we leverage numerous source systems, working with a broad range of data from ERP and CRM systems to sensor and app data.

To enhance our existing Azure cloud BI infrastructure, we are currently establishing a real-time and advanced analytics platform using MS Data Lakehouse and Databricks.

Get a glimpse into all aspects of BI
Working on a wide range of exciting projects, you will be an important partner to the business. One such project could be establishing the data foundation for reporting on the coming Warehouse Management System with the Global Distribution team, developing a solution for raw material forecasting with the Global Supply Chain team or enabling real-time reporting on ERP data with the Finance team.

Moreover, you will be working with most aspects of the data delivery – from requirement gathering and discussions and analysis to working with ETL, data warehousing, testing and finally handing over the solution to our Operations team.

Specifically, you will:

• Develop value-adding BI solutions using SQL, DAX, SSAS/Tabular and Python. Both Python and Databricks are capabilities we are currently building, with more extensive use planned for 2024
• Build data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and likely Databricks
• Plan and run your tasks and BI projects from A to Z
• Liaise with the business through workshops to clarify their needs – and challenge them along the way to find the most feasible solutions

Experience in Microsoft SQL and SSAS
We are looking for an experienced colleague with an interest in BI and analytics, who can maintain a structured approach throughout the entire development process. This also means that you can plan your projects and communicate well with stakeholders across the organisation throughout your projects.

On top of that, you enjoy working in a team and like to engage with your colleagues and stakeholders to elevate data and reporting.

Moreover, we imagine that you:

• Have experience developing BI solutions using Microsoft SQL DB and SSAS/DAX
• Experience within a Lakehouse and Databricks setting is a plus, but not a prerequisite
• May have experience working with Power BI or similar frontend tools
• Speak and write English effortlessly
• Have an appetite for learning new technologies within a dynamic BI field
