Student – Bioanalysis and Biomarkers/Drug Safety Sciences

Within our Early Sciences function we offer a great student position where you will support both the Bioanalysis and Biomarkers and the Drug Safety Sciences teams, which will give you excellent insight into the pharmaceutical industry both from a nonclinical and a clinical development perspective. In Bioanalysis and Biomarkers we have our own laboratories and part of the job will be reviewing bioanalytical data generated in the labs.

As a student in our teams, you are expected to be flexible and provide support where needed.

You will collaborate closely with the scientists and the common Business Coordinator in the two teams. We share the same office area and based on the workload, your time will be divided between the two teams on a running basis.

You will also liaise with other functions for certain tasks.

After proper training, your overall tasks will include:

• Reviewing bioanalytical data and documents, keeping study/task files
• Keeping nonclinical tabulated and written summaries updated
• Performing eCTD format check/updates of external documents
• Uploading and handling of documents in various document systems
• Performing paper and e-archiving/retrieval
• Performing literature searches
• Assisting with contract management and other administrative tasks

We expect that you:

• Are currently studying Pharmacy, Natural or Biomedical Science and have at least 2 years left
• Have strong IT skills and are proficient in the MS Office suite
• Are fluent in English, verbal and written
• Are systematic, detail oriented and well-organized with a quality mindset
• Have a proactive, flexible and service-minded approach
• Have the ability to work independently

Note: This is a part-time student position offering flexible working hours up to 15 h/wk.

Location is Ferring Pharmaceuticals A/S, Amager Strandvej 405, 2770 Kastrup // 8 minutes walk from the metro or 15 minutes walk from the airport train station.
