We are seeking a dedicated GenAI Benefit Coordinator to oversee our Benefits Creation and Cost Management Team, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

Your Responsibilities
As our GenAI Benefit Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective tracking and realization of benefits across our GenAI initiatives. Specifically, you will:
- Oversee the Benefits Creation and Cost Management Team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Develop and refine standardized frameworks and tools for tracking and measuring benefits.
- Act as the central point of contact for all benefit consultants.
- Coordinate with benefit consultants to ensure consistent application of the benefits tracking framework.
- Ensure the aggregation of benefit data and the creation of comprehensive reports for senior leadership.
- Gather feedback on cost projections and benefit realization processes to continuously refine and improve methodologies.

Expert communication and coordination abilities are essential, as you'll be liaising with various stakeholders across the organization. Proficiency in data analysis and financial metrics is also key.
