Enterprise Risk and Business Continuity Manager, Risk Management & Security

We are looking for a skilled and experienced ERM and BCM Manager, who is ready to take on the responsibility to work independently with strategic and tactical tasks, as well as supporting the business across Terma. You will be working in an international, high-tech company, operating within a specialized and unique domain, which demands best-in-class security and quick responses.

Job description:
In this position, you will be part of a competent and specialized security team covering all aspects of security within the domains of physical-, personnel- and information security, which requires a holistic approach. With reference to the VP of Risk Management & Security, your primary tasks will be to:

  • Develop and maintain Terma´s risk management and business continuity frameworks, including policies, procedures, tools for identifying, assessing, and managing risks across the organization.
  • Build relations to and support risk owners in executing risk management plans to mitigate risks.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of identified risks, risk mitigation and business continuity plans.
  • Build organizational awareness on risk and business continuity management and promote training and tools to enhance the areas.
  • Conduct Terma-wide risk and business impact assessments and build plans that are tangible and operational.

Your tasks will span from the operational to the strategic level and you will be interacting with a wide number of stakeholders and be responsible for coordinating actions and initiatives across the entire organization.

How to succeed in this position?
For this position, we expect that you are experienced with both Enterprise Risk and Business Continuity Management and have worked with the ISO 22301 and ISO 31000 frameworks from a corporate level and that you possess a strong understanding of how different elements of the two areas are interlinked.

The ideal candidate also has a flair for working with IT/OT from an impact assessment point of view. Should you already be trained in the areas of FKOBST 358-1 (Provision of Danish Military Security regulations), this will be an advantage, but not a requirement, as we will always make sure that you participate in trainings required for you to perform best possible in the role.
Our corporate language is English, so we expect that your English skills are at a high level. Moreover, we expect that your Danish skills are also at a high level.

You will be working out of either Søborg or Lystrup. Some travelling (primarily in Denmark) is to be expected.

Bear in mind that candidates for this position must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails that candidates, as a minimum, have stayed within NATO/EU for the last 7 years only interrupted by short stays abroad.
